Work Ready Now! (WRN!)
Work Ready Now! (WRN!)is EDCs curriculum and approach
for delivering effective work readiness training to youth, in
and out of school. WRN! helps young people in emerging
economies develop the soft skills needed to succeed in
earning a living.
Work Ready Now! (WRN!) has been developed to provide
you with the foundation skills and knowledge necessary to
reach your personal goals, find work, and develop healthy
work habits and behavior that will help you successful.

Identifying values and interests; assessing attributes and skills;
identifying learning styles and learning strategies; goal setting,
planning and tracking progress.

Speaking and listening; following and giving instructions and
feedback; reading for information, presentation skills; email
