Death Penalty

The death penalty, capital punishment or execution consists in

causing the death of a condemned person on the part of the
State, as punishment for an offense established in the
legislation; the offenses for which this sanction is applied are
often termed "capital crimes"

 In many countries where the death penalty is still applied, it is used as

a punishment for crimes of murder, espionage, treason, or as part of

military law.2 In some countries it is also used to punish sexual

offenses, Adultery sodomy. Also punishable by death, in some Muslim

countries, apostasy, the formal renunciation of one's religion

Our opinion about death penalty

In our opinion we are agree with death penalty because

There is a lot of delinquency and we think if death penalty will be legal the
crime will be reduce, like in singapur.
There were more than 500,000 prisoners, but six months later, there were only
50 left. The death penalty and forced labor were adopted for confessed
criminals,
drug traffickers and proven rapists being the most repetitive sentenced to
death,
even every corrupt public figure will be sentenced to death.
So that is why we think de death penalty could be better for the society.
