CSR The company has adopted all or most of the 11 recommendations on

following:

CSR philosophy The company has a defined CSR philosophy and focused areas of work,
defined that may or may not be related to their business processes.

CSR alongside CSR is in the process of being internalised into the operations of the
business company, and is at present being done alongside other operations

CSR for local CSR activities are connected with physical areas of operation of the
community company, but may not be using the core competence

Measuring CSR CSR activities are listed and documented, though there may not be actual
figures of amount spent by the company on CSR

CSR The company has adopted some of the recommendations regarding CSR
recommendations made in the CSR study

Upward CSR It is expected that many Level 3 companies will become Level 4
learning curve companies in due course.

introduction to our company and the service offered.
• Finalizing the details and signing of the contract.
• Meetings with the client regarding their requirements.
• Working on the requirements of the client- finding the relevant NGO
for the relevant cause and preparing a plan of action.
• Final meeting with client for approval of plan.
• Arranging meetings with the NGO and BRIEFING them.
• Coordinating the action plan with the NGO.
• Execution of the plan.
• Receiving feedback and the payment for the service offered.
• Recording the feedback and making the required changes for the
next project.
