This evaluation report will help participating schools with key insights across all the
evaluation platforms such as school’s own score vs. top school score, school’s effectiveness
score amongst their students/teachers and their percentile score (percentile score is
percent of schools compared to which the respective school in question is doing better for
the said parameter). This will give every participating school an inside out view on each
parameter based on effectiveness score and competitive view on each parameter through
quantitative score.
Our team looks forward to extend our help further with the analysis and more than willing
to connect schools that want to do well in a particular parameter or get an analysis done of
activities overall. We have a team of analysts that can enhance the performance and
parameter’s impact on student success, please feel free to connect with us in case you
need further assistance:
More often than not we have seen schools publicizing board results, infrastructure, extra
curricular and international exposure activities as their core strengths, but seldom we see
schools highlighting the after school life of their students. The core output of a school is an
input for higher education institutions and is directly correlational to student's success in
life. However, to the plight of our education system today only a meagre sum of 34.6%
schools collect this information on University Placements and student after life.
While there is an obvious marketing benefit for schools using good University Placements
as part of their student enrolment strategy. There are many other key areas where this
information can support the school. The analytical insights from this data needs to be the
underlying contributor to almost all the evaluations done by school as part of their
operations such as requirement for teacher trainings, assessment of student exposure
activities, connect with school alumni, appraisal of counselling support, etc.
Another key benefit of collecting University Placement data is the possibility of connect
that can be built between school's current and ex-students. Alumni (or ex-students) of the
school can play an important role in by sharing the first hand experience with their juniors
on the same path of success that they had taken a few months ago. School students
aspiring for a certain career can connect with their senior from the same domain and gain
insights on the road to success their senior had walked and also avoid major roadblocks.
While it is our team's duty to highlight the importance of University Data collection, we are
also committed to assist our partner schools in execution of this requirement. Some of the
key points to be taken care as part of this data collection is what is to be collected, medium
for reach out to alumni after their placements and ways to connect alumni with their
juniors without intruding in their higher studies/current life.
We have deliberated with various Future 50 Schools doing this activity upon the right
methodology to collect and use this information. Please feel free to write to our team
at help@future50schools.com to have a shared learning discussion around University
Admission data collection and its usage.
1: Student Exposure

awareness around career options for students. These platforms broaden students’ horizons,
give them various options and direct them towards a career path which is most suited to
them, based on their aptitudes and abilities
This refers to availability of unique subject options that helps a student focus on the choice
of their career from an early age. Higher number of subjects depict the mix available for
students to pursue career options of their choice

One of the most common statement in any School’s admin room these days is “Get an
approval from Parents Association”. What exactly is this association, why do we need it and
how does it affect school’s functioning.
However, Parent Body Associations are often misconstrued as an Ombudsman where there
is no trust on school management. The school and parents are partners in child rearing and
it’s important to understand each other’s roles.
Our team at Future 50 Schools Shaping Success has deliberated on this aspect in its very
first edition and is well aware of the fact that the role of parents cannot be neglected. We
connected with various parent bodies across cities like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi-
NCR, Bangalore and Indore to begin with. The connect was built to understand the
functional view of these parent bodies and their expectations from the school.
These associations seek transparency in school's conduct and is fearful of the pace with
which education is getting commercialized. Our team believes that schools have nothing to
hide and are committed to provide best education to its students at the most affordable
price to ensure the utmost reach of education in the country. Owing to our ideology of
ensuring student success and evolving K-12 education in India, we are partnering with
parent associations in making them a key contributor to the evaluation process for the
second edition of Future 50 Schools Shaping Success.
Most progressive schools today are the ones where parents, teachers and the school
management have a shared vision and achieve it together. We are sure of the fact that
schools which work on the ideologies of education with honesty and transparency will
support this collaboration with parent bodies. Such progressive schools will get themselves
evaluated in this first of its kind initiative ensuring wholesome credibility for schools. The
association with Future 50 Schools evaluation will certify school's commitment towards
development of every child and its intent to team up with the other 3 pillars of education
i.e. parents, universities and teachers.
