 Required Data to Tender

To be able to tender a shipment in OTM:

• Your service provider must have a primary contact.
• Your shipment must have a LOGISTICS involved party.
• The two contacts must have at least one shared
communication method.
– If the two contacts share more than one communication
method, OTM uses the highest-ranked communication
method on the service provider.

 Manual Modifications to Shipments

• When a bulk plan is complete, often shipments go

directly into the tendering/booking process with
carriers.
• However, you may need to make modifications to
existing shipments.
