counters for getting a draft or for withdrawing his own money.
Today, he has a choice. Gone are days when the most efficient
bank transferred money from one branch to other in two days.

technology banking services has been availed to the customers at
all times, even after the normal banking hours, on a 24*7 basis.

FINDINGS

mIt is found that every bank have different AQB which motivate

customer to choose bank for deposits and transactions.

mNumber of branches and atm¶s machines also influence people

for choosing a particular bank.

mKotak Mahindra bank is a late comer in banking sector but it is

developing itself in both geographical level as well as providing

services.

mNow people are transforming from traditional to practical way.
