• The Information Technology field is ever dynamic.

Technology capability be continually developed and
strengthened to be at par globally.

needs of the country.
• IT Unit proposed this revision in order to meet the
minimum standard set by the Higher Education
Institutions (HEIs) basing on CMO 25. S. 2015
