• Refers to a constellation of competencies


revolving around information research, use and
practice across all occupations and professions.

• A crucial skill in the pursuit of knowledge. It


involves recognizing when information is needed
and being able to efficiently locate, accurately ,
evaluate, effectively use, and clearly
communicate information in various formats.
INFORMATION LITERACY

• Marketing: IL is very important in accessing information quickly and easily to


be aware ofwhat is going on. Using IT work with information
efficiently.
• English: IL is very important in accessing and retrieving textual information,
using IT to access and retrieve information and possessing basic research
skills.
• Chemistry: IL important in accessing and searching
chemical information and mastering a chemists information skill
set.
TECHNOLOGY/DIGITAL LITERACY

• It describes and demonstrate the use of common hardware

media and information literate individual. Your essay
must have a title, an introduction, a body paragraph (1 main
argument with 2 examples), and a conclusion.
• Not less than 12 sentences
• Refer to the rubric for criteria and grading.
