Introduction to Hospitality Industry
• Hospitality refers to the relationship between a guest and a host,
generous and friendly treatment of visitors and guest.

• Hospitality means where we can get the facilities of all the fooding,
lodging, resort, travel and tourism.

• A hospitality unit such as a restaurant, hotel, or an amusement park


consists of multiple groups such as facility maintenance and direct
operations.

• History of Hotel Industry in Nepal has turned into positive aspect


after the peace process taken action in 2008.

• The word hotel was used in England in about 1760.

hotel located at New-Baneshwor, Kathmandu.

• It was established in 2009 AD.

• Mainly focus foreigner customer.

• One of the best hotel in Kathmandu valley.

• Honesty: Our managers as well as workers are honest and


truthful. They do not mislead or deceive others by
misrepresentation.
• Integrity : Manager demonstrates the courage of their convictions by
doing what they know is right even when there is pressure to do

information and in correcting misapprehensions of fact. They do not

Future for business
• To be one of the reputed hotels in the valley.
• To raise the standard of the hospitality service by
interchange of personnel, assistance in staffing of
hotels.
• Putting into practice the three R’s: Reduce, Reuse, and
Recycle wherever possible.
• Constantly increase our promotion means and actively
involved and participating in exhibitions trade fairs in
the fields of hospitality industry.
