Intensify counter terrorism activities, In 2014, a total of 25,263 hardening

measures were conducted which served as the baseline in counter
terrorism activities. For 2015 target was 31,071 from January to
December of the same year, QCPD was able to conduct 32,287
hardening measures/activities which is 3% increase. The significant
increase was brought about by the relentless effort and dedication of
intelligence operatives of this District.

Proper employment of Barangay Information Nets (BINs) From

2014 baseline, QCPD was able to recruit 305 Community-Based
Information Networks (BINS) for the calendar year 2015, and
they were strategically deployed in the 142 barangays of Quezon
City. The BINS helped maintain peace order within QCPD AOR.
