FASTNESS SPEED

EXAM

RESULTANT
ACCELERATION FORCE
Fatness is travelled distance an object. Fastness
measured by means of speedometer.

v = fatness s
s = travelled distance
t = time went through v=
Set of = m/s
t
Example :
an car pass through over 50 metre with time 10
second. Determining the car fastness..???

Solution : s = 50 m
t = 10 s
v=?
s
v=
t
50 m : 10
v=
10 s : 10
5
v=
1
v = 5 m/s
Speed is transfer of time and object move
object. Speed measured by means of GPS.

v = speed
s = move object s
t = movable goods time
set of = m/s
v=
t
Example:
Is known: Transfer of object 25 m
Movable goods time 10 second
Asked : How much is’t speed..???
Solution : s = 25 m
t = 10 s
v=?
s
v=
t
25m
v=
10s

5
v=
2

v = 2,5 m/s
Acceleration is addition of velocities.
Adeceleration is reduction or lessen speed.

vo = Initial velocity.
v vt = Final Speed.
a= set of = m/s2

t
Example :
Is known : Initial velocity 0 km/hour
Final speed 72 km/hour
Time 5 second
Asked : Count how much it’s acceleration..!!!
Solution : vo = 0 km/hour
vt = 72 km/hour = 72000 m/3600 s = 20m/s
t=5s
v vo – vt
a= =
t t
20 – 0
=
5
= 4 m/s2
Two or more forces working on the same
direction and work line have resultant force of
the sum of all foces. And two or more forces in
the opposite direction and in the same work
line have resultant forces that equals to the
difference of the forces.

R = F1 + F2 + F3+.............
Example :
F2= 16 N
Find the F1= 4 N
resultant or
forces the figurre
on the right side!
Solution :
The resultant of
force is : R = 12 N

R = F1 + F2
= -4 N + 16 N The sign (-) indicates that force moves to the left.
= 12 N
1. Is known : s = 240 km
t = 120 s
asked : v...???

2. Is known : s = 360 m
t = 180 s
Asked : v...???
3. Is known : v0 = 0
vt = 72 km
t = 20 minutes
Asked : a..???

4. A 320 N B 460 N

The resultant force of block is.....
