 Conclusion
 A cost effective,Automated Unified system for
liquified Petrolium Gas (LPG)booking
 It is a real time gas monitoring system and
automatic controlling of LPG regulator
 The system helps in maintenance of the LPG usage
records of each and every consumer under the LPG
provider.
 It estimates the LPG consumption per day.
 It maintain the LPG usage records of each and
every consumer under the LPG provider.
 LPG providers gives information about daily and
monthly consumption of LPG
 LPG provider can reduce the delivery delay time
 To improve customer support device
 The system is really efficient in terms of
functionality.
 SMPS s used which is an efficient and effective
source of power. It offers advantage in terms of
size, weight, cost, efficiency and overall
performance

1.Load Cell
 sense the weight
 It have a elatic membrance which bend according
to the weight
 Weight increses the bending also increase
 Using the load cell of 5kg
 The output having the signal having less amplitude
 It is pass to an amplifier
 It amplifies the signal and increase the quality
 Then it pass to microcontroller
2.Amplifier
 it increase is the power of a signal.
 It increase the amplitude
 The amount of amplification provided by an
amplifier is measured by its gain: the ratio of
output to input.

3.Microcontroller
 we write a program that can meet the requirement
of the user
 It continuously check the weight sensed by the
load cell
 The signal sent to the GSM module.
 If the sensed weight is less than 10% of the given
weight
 GSM send message to book LPG

4.Gsm Module:
 it is a chip or circuit
 It is used to establish communication between a
mobile device or a computing machine

5.LCD Display:
 Electronic display module
 A 16*2 LCD means it can display 16 characters per
line
 A supply of 230V is given to the SMPS. It reduces
the supply to 12 V 2A.
 When the supply is switched on the load cell
senses the weight over the load cell.
 The weight reduces according to the consumption.
 At this time the signal is sending to the amplifier.
The amplifier amplifies the signal from the load
cell.
 The amplified signal is then passed to the
microcontroller. A program is stored in
microcontroller and it checks whether the weight
of the amplified signal reaches the cut off value.
 If the monitoring value becomes less than 10% of
the load a signal is send to the GSM module.
 At this time the GSM module sends a message to
book LPG.
 There is an LCD display which displays
continuous change in weight.
 The product is build using high quality electronic
devices. The product easily get connected with
external devices.
 Potentiometer trim pot is connected with the LCD
for adjusting the brightness of the screen.
 The product is reliable in every way. Once the
parameters are set by the owner, The system
automatically caries out task according to the
schedule set by the user.
 A crystal oscillator is connected to the
microcontroller in order to generate a stable clock
pulse.
 Capacitors are connected to avoid the noise signal.
 LPG is a highly inflammable in nature therefore it
is important to maintain its safety.
 In this system we are using devices which are safe
and it does not affect LPG in any way. Therefore it
ensures safety of the product.
 It usually donot get over-heated or malfunction
while operating.
 Itcan be used for a long time as it does not get
damaged easily.
 All the devices used in the system are easily
available thus if damaged we are able to replace
the damaged device with a new one instead of
replacing the whole system
 The cost of the automatic LPG booking system
varies with the cost of the devices used in the
system.
 Mostly, it is cheaply available.
 The consumer has to dial a toll free or non free
number in order to register a booking service.
 The consumer may forgot to book the cylinder
 In this system is portable.
 It only needs a supply of 230V to work.
 In the existing system, customers can only predict
the emptiness of the LPG cylinder at the verge of
inflammable burner. But this system triggers a
SMS to the user when the weight of the LPG
reaches the cut off value.
 Costeffective system
 Continuous monitoring of LPG
 Checking of volume of gas remaining
 In this system we can only monitor the volume of
the LPG remaining.
 By using this system we can’t know the leakage of
the gas.
 An automatic LPG booking system which detects
the weight of the LPG and sends a SMS when the
weight reaches the cut off value.
 This helps the consumers to book the refill on
time. Consumers are also able to know their daily
usage of LPG.
 It also continuously display the remaining volume
of the LPG.
 It continuously check the weight of LPG
 If the weight becomes 10% of the total weight the
message is send to book the LPG.
 The system helps in maintenance of the LPG usage
records of each and every consumer under the LPG
provider.
 This
project helps to continuously monitoring the
weight of the system and to send a message to
book the LPG.
