Format for Five-Year Development Plan


Format for Long-Range Perspective Plan
 It is a type of calendar used by the school to
mark specific dates that are of importance to
the academe or are needed to be considered
within the calendar year or the school year.

 It covers major academic, administrative, and


technical operation of a school from time to
time.
 Holidays
 School Activities – Intramurals, local
celebrations/monthly, activities of different grade
levels or departments. etc
 Field demonstrations
 Enrolment dates
 First day of classes
 Last day of classes
 Semestral breaks, Christmas breaks
 Other announcements
1. Goals and Philosophies of the College or
School. This should include the mission and
vision of the school which should be SMART
in nature.
 Turn out vocationally, technically,
technologically, and scientifically trained
graduates who will be economically
productive, self-sufficient, effective,
responsible, and disciplined citizens of the
Philippines.

and technology education.

The approach is just like a cycle of
activities. Based on the values of the
planners, there comes the creation of their
objectives. These have the criteria and these
will produce outputs. From the outputs, there
will be feedbacks.
