 QUE ES?
Es una enfermedad infecciosa del
aparato respiratorio producida por
el virus de la influenza. Si algo
caracteriza a este microorganismo
es su capacidad de contagio. El
virus pasa con mucha facilidad de
una persona a otra a través de las
gotitas de saliva que se expulsan
al hablar, toser o estornudar. El
contacto con manos u objetos
contaminados también supone una
vía de infección.
En los ancianos, por ejemplo, es frecuente que los
pacientes tengan dificultad para respirar y la
producción de esputo.

 CAUSAS!
La causa de la gripe es el virus de la influenza. la transmisión se
produce principalmente a través de gotitas de saliva que se
forman al hablar, toser o estornudar por la persona enferma y
que pueden alcanzar a una persona sin gripe pero capaz de
padecerla.

El virus también se puede transmitir por contacto con las superficies

contaminadas por esas gotas y a través de las manos.

CO
El diagnóstico de esta patología suele ser
clínico, al detectar los síntomas dentro de un
contexto como la temporada gripal o casos de
gripe en personas cercanas al paciente. Lo que le
diferencia de un catarro común es su gravedad y
la presencia de fiebre más alta.

 TRATAMIENTO
