• Bulletin Cost : Rs.50 ;Special Fee Code will be created

The Overall Process
– Key Components
• Examination & Correction is done at the Local center executing
BJS
• Entry into Web Module
• Final check for STD-XII Scores and BJS Scores for all eligible
candidates.
– Centers to validate Class XII score /BJS scores for all candidates
who have written the examination before replication
– No reprocessing of results will be entertained
• Upon completion HO-Central BJS Administration Team will
allocate the scholarships
– Results will be available on the next day on replication for NIIT
Center to proceed with Counseling & Registration etc.
• The Scholarship offer Letter need to be generated from the
encore system for every eligible candidate.
– Pre printed stationary for easy implementation
– Front Page Blank to be printed from Encore ; Reverse with fee
benefits as applicable

Scholarship Allocation
Guidelines
• Ground Rules
– XII marks >= 50% for examination & Scholarship allocation
• No hall ticket if <50% in Class XII
– Test Marks >Minimum cutoff for consideration for scholarship
• Scholarship Allocation Basis
– Combined weighted scores of Class XII + BJS exam score
– Highest Scholarships will be therefore be allocated to candidates
scoring higher scores in Class XII & BJS exams
• Current Student Eligibility
– All Students registered on /after 1st September 2007 & not
commenced education will be eligible for the examination
– All Students registered until 31st August 2007 are covered by the
GNIIT Merit Scholarship Program

Guidelines
• Merit Ranking list basis combined scores will be
generated for Scholarship Award
– BJS Test scores and Exact XII std scores needed for
complete candidate base for scholarship algorithms to be
executed
– Center-wise Merit Rank list of successful candidates will
be drawn based on the combined score as mentioned
above
• Total # scholarships at a national level is limited to
25,000 numbers
• Allocation Quota for each center
– 25 % of Center capacity for career programs
