Patient FR is a 69 year old female diagnosed with a type 2 diabetes and hypertension. The patient went to a Leftleg Transtibial amputation surgery under general anesthesia last 2003 due to necrosis in her left foot. Patient FR complies with her medical needs such as daily bp monitoring , blood glucose monitoring. All the medications that are prescriptions to patient FR is being followed she was taking Imdur,glucophage,isosorbide and other medications. Annually visits the doctor for regular check-up
