Guiding people
Definition of Leadership
Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent.
Leadership is setting a new direction or vision for a group that they follow, ie: a leader is the spearhead for that new direction
Concepts of Leadership
To inspire your workers into higher levels of teamwork, there are certain things you must be, know, and, do. Good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their leadership skills;
The leaders succeed in many areas because they present a good image to their seniors at the expense of their workers.
Leadership Models
Leadership models help us to understand what makes leaders act the way they do. The ideal is not to lock yourself in to a type of behaviour discussed in the model, but to realize that every situation calls for a different approach or behaviour to be taken.
The transformational leader has the key to unlock what is in order to discover what can be!

Leader
You must have an honest understanding of who you are, what you know, and what you can do.
Followers
Different people require different styles of leadership. A person who lacks motivation requires a different approach than one with a high degree of motivation. The fundamental starting point is having a good understanding of human nature, such as needs, emotions, and motivation.
Situation
All situations are different. What you do in one situation will not always work in another. The situation normally has a greater effect on a leader's action than his or her traits.

STUDENT
LEADERSHIP
Teamwork can be summed up in five short words....... We believe in each other.
1. "A Leader Should Have An Ability To See Beyond The Present Problem
How to implement this in your daily life? The easiest way is to observe people around you. You will come across people who will display this behaviour. When you come across such a person, Note it down. The more you pay attention, the more you are empowering your mind to go in that direction. You are helping your mind absorb the qualities of leadership
A Leader Should Be A Source Of Courage For His Fellow A leader's source of courage can be anything; it can be knowledge, or faith in God. He needs to keep his fears and doubts to himself while he deals with the crisis of his crew. A famous quote on leadership goes like this: "A pack of sheep led by a lion will defeat a group of lions led by a sheep" 3. Good Leaders Respect Others And Makes Each One Feel Special The most striking quality among these leaders is their simplicity, the ease of words and thoughts, rather than their condescension. In fact, they get things done using the shortest number of words. In the Army, it is called the command presence, the presence of leadership.
2.
"The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between the two, the leader must become a servant and a debtor. That sums up the progress of an artful leader." Max De Pree
