Design company strategic goals and communicate the same to all departments Ensure all departments formulate policies in line with the overall corporate strategy Promote a flat hierarchy so that employees are more open to communicating ideas / lack of awareness to the management Implement an efficient information system which would predict existing and future market potential for diversified product range

Introduce performance based incentives Increase the number of Administrative GMs under him so that administrative constraints can be overcome Shift managerial style toward being entrepreneurial Create market plan by hiring experienced marketing expert Adopt backward integration by setting up manufacturing plant in USA itself in order to avoid exchange risks
