Change Enablement Team identified need to meet monthly. Refined the Enablement Focus Areas required to move from current to Future state. Change Change Management to IDIP Enablement. Identify urgent need to finalise Change Scoping exercise.
Drafted ideal Governance grouping proposal, clarified roles and responsibilities. Convert DICE into TRICE. Finalise Scoping exercise with each Province and submit.

May (Brooklyn) Designed the mindmap for the IDIP PMU Enablement indicators. Review & define OD & M&R processes. Receive feedback regarding Quarterly Progress Report, Website and recommendations on next Review process

July (National Treasury) Compile consolidated risk and issues log across the Provinces extracted from the change scoping & quaterly review exercise. Finalise the M&R process and format. One day workshop on change scoping and another one day session on the IDP PMU Enablement mandate, Program Risk & Issue log, M&R process.
April (Brooklyn) Attended A&D Health presentations. Participated in the M&R process (incorporate TRICE) and proposed develop indicators.
