History

Founded in 1952 by late Shri K.V.Pendharkar, the

VICCO Group has emerged today as one of the leading

makers of Ayurvedic products (Ayurveda : the ancient Indian system of natural medicines).

Vicco group is having production units at Dombivli, Nagapur and Goa in India.

Introduction

Their best known products are Vicco Turmeric skin / sun

screen cream, Vicco Vajradanti powder and paste and

Vicco SF (Sugar free) paste.

About 15% of company's total production goes to overseas market. Combining ancient wisdom with modern technology, the company has expanded business

activities into investment, trade, advertising and

education sectors as well, 13 of its associate companies.

The existing unit of VICCO Laboratories in Nagpur was

constructed in 1986. It is located in M.I.D.C., spanning

an area of 360,000 sq.ft., with a factory built-up area of approx 1,35,000 sq.ft.

The entire requirement of Vicco Vajradanti Paste, Vicco Vajradanti Powder and Vicco Turmeric Skin/Sun Cream

for the domestic market is produced in this unit.

Exports:

The company is exporting its products to countries like

U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Surinam, Africa,

Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, U.A.E., Qatar, Oman, U.K., Germany, Holland, Italy, Cyprus, Singapore, Malaysia, West Indies, France amongst others.

Vicco Narayani is an excellent anti-inflammatory

preparation. It helps to treat all the joint pains of the

body, backache and muscular pains. It is a good muscle relaxant too. Its Application on human body helps smooth flow of the blood that circulates through arteries and veins. In a way , it strengthens the easy movement

of the blood when applied for a relief. Besides,

effectively treats headache and also cough and cold.
