HOW DOES THE THAI FLOODS AFFECT ME? (USING COMPASS, PAGE 2)
Society: The floods has affected me in society because my tennis coach had to leave Bangkok for a few days to get his family safe in another city, because he lives in a place that the floods might come, so I couldnt play tennis for a few days.
Well Being. I feel sad for other people who have been affected by the floods but I feel safe because the government and many Thai workers and people are doing everything they can to prevent the floods from coming into Bangkok and the area I live in.
Thai floods has affect stray cats and dogs. They have no shelter, they have no food, no clean water and definitely no safety. Many owners of the dogs and cats had left Thailand leaving their dogs or cats behind. They did this because they were threatened that the flood waters would hit theyre area.
HOW DOES THE THAI FLOODS AFFECT OTHER PEOPLE/ANIMALS, (USING COMPASS)
The cats and dogs have also been affected through the compass. Nature: The cats and dogs have been affected in nature because cats and dogs (mostly dogs) love playing in grass and green areas, but because of the floods its flooded in those green areas and they cant play in the grass anymore. Economy: The dogs and cats are not affected by economy because obviously they cant make money and they dont have money, but there is a company that is trying to help these cats and dogs, called SCAD. They are spending money on the dogs to help them recover from injuries or they are giving clean water and food to them. Well Being: The dogs and cats are really sick or they are injured and they really need help. You can help these cats and dogs by donating money to SCAD.
