Who We Are
Innovative Food and Beverage Consulting (IFBC) is a firm offering expertise and solutions to new or established businesses with room for improvement. Our staff has over 100 combined years of extensive business experience; both domestic and international. IFBC staff have gained a wealth of knowledge through involvement in hundreds of start up businesses, buying and selling numerous companies and working for many small, medium and large companies. IFBC is now offering its expertise and services of his staff to assist in all aspects of business operations; in particular, those in beverage, food, restaurant and consumer products.

Steve Nickolas Founder & CEO
All his life, Steve has been involved in the food and beverage business, starting with his familys restaurant at the age of 7. Steve has worked with a number of major companies including Anhauser Busch, The Rock Resorts, and The Hyatt Regency Group. In 1980, Steve opened the first bottled water company in Hawaii. Steve also developed bottled water companies globally in Hawaii, Micronesia, Indonesia, Philippines, Israel, Egypt and Germany as well as several companies in North America. Steve started the first bottled water company to be licensed by the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB. Then in 1998, became the primary bottled water company licensed by Sony, Universal, Disney, DreamWorks, Warner Brothers and Marvel Comics. Steve has degrees in Economics and Government from The Claremont Colleges and post-graduate studies at Cal-Poly Pomona.

Ted graduated from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1967. Ted has been employed with Company since November 2005 where he has served as Executive Assistant to the President/CEO of the corporation. Teds responsibilities include:

Courtney graduated from the Murrow School of Communication at Washington State University in 2005 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Courtneys has a strong background in News, Media Relations, PR and event/project management. Courtneys responsibilities include: Public Relations Administrative support Customer service

Don Stoecklein SEC Attorney
Don has a BS in Economics from the University of San Diego. Don received his J.D from Thomas Jefferson Law School in 1975 and was admitted to the California Bar in 1976. He is the managing director of Stoecklein Law group and a Director and President of the Securities Law Institute. Don has extensive experience with representing micro-cap and small-cap publically traded companies. Hes been active in all legal aspects of representing publically traded companies from assisting them with executing business plans to listing their securities on a national exchange. Don also plays a strategic role for clients by structuring registered equity and debt public offerings, PIPEs, equity lines, convertible debentures, venture capital and mezzanine financing.

James Yuen Restaurant Consultant
James has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years. For 9 years, James opened nearly 80 restaurants and managed numerous Panda Express Restaurants in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Dallas and Atlanta. He added the new Drive-thru concept and design to his Panda Express branches.
James consults restaurants, insurance companies and food distributors. Hes developed automated restaurant systems including centralized kitchen operation, centralized automated management system and automated ordering kiosk. James specializes in grilling, Asian foods and fusion cuisines. Hes also fluent in English, Chinese, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Doug Horn Director of Engineering
Doug received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville. Doug has 40 years of experience in the design and engineering of water purification systems, manufacturing equipment and plant construction. Since 1970, Doug has pioneered the design and development of numerous water and beverage systems currently used as a standard in manufacturing plants around the world; emergency mobile water purification, mini-bottled water plants, home and commercial reverse osmosis units and blow molding.
Dennis received a B.S in Business Administration at California State University, an A.S. in Quality Technology and an A.A. in Mechanical Engineering. Dennis has management experience in all aspects of the water bottling business. Dennis has taken full P&L responsibility in dramatic growth and turnaround situations. He has consistently increased sales, reduced costs, improved productivity and most importantly enhanced bottom line results His strengths in business are manufacturing, marketing, engineering, purchasing and quality control.

Stewart Cohen Director of Business Development
Stewart started in the food and beverage industry 30 years ago in his father, Milton Cohens business, DFC/Proficient Food Company, the sole distribution company he created for Dennys U.S. Restaurant operations. As a part owner of DFC/Sakura Trading company, a wholesale food and beverage company in Japan, Stewart helped take the company to $10 million in sales in the first two years. Stewart specializes in product development, quality control and inventory management.
Jeff started his career working for his father, the legendary Dick Dole of Southland Corporation who was instrumental in initiating the first out of area licensee deal for Seven Eleven Japan, owned by Seven & I Holdings Co. Jeff has personal relationships with the founding family of ItoYokado in Japan. Jeff also maintains a close relationship with Seven Eleven U.S. and conducts business with other major U.S. based accounts including Valero Energy Corp., Murphy Oil, Whole Foods, and Circle K. Jeff has managed store brand labels for some of the largest retailers in both the C-Store and Grocery classes of trade in the U.S. and Mexico, including responsibility for package design, marketing, legal, and all logistical operations to take product to shelf.
