The old school style This method is effective in certain situations that need a stern hand but the disadvantages are far too many like low morale of the members or rebellion of followers etc

Bureaucratic leaders attempt to solve problems by adding layers of control, and their power comes from controlling the flow of information. Leaders impose strict and systematic discipline on the followers, and demand business-like conduct in the workplace Leaders are empowered via the office they hold: position power
