1) MANAGER: The manager is the person who disposes of the recourse of the agency also he is the legal representative
2) SECRETARY: Secretary Functions can include various clerical duties such as answering phones, typing, filing, opening mail and getting coffee. However, the secretary reports directly to the manager and assists the manager in various ways to make his job easier as well as keeping the office organized.

3) COMMERCIAL MANAGER: The role of a Commercial Manager is highly varied. He takes individual responsibility for sales, marketing, contracting, negotiations, finance. SALES PROMOTER: Sales promoters must inform potential customers about the features and benefits of the product they're selling. Sales promoters must identify needs in people and then convince them that the product they sell fills that need. Customers ask many questions before buying a product. They'll want to know how much the product costs, how it works and how long it lasts. Potential customers will want to know how this product is different from others. SALES: The main function of a sales department is attract and retain customers. but the number one objective is to attract and retain customers. The next is to increase the sales volume considering a particular period of time.

4) ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER: An Administrative Manager would need to be positive, enthusiastic, have good leadership skills, get on well with people, be firm but just and have the ability and perseverance to try and help the company achieve their goals. She/he should be able to motivate people and make them feel that they are an important cog in the business wheel. CASHIER: Is the person who has the responsibility of collecting the services, also he / she must have a control of the input and output of money from the company
