Springfield Nor'easters
Objective: To introduce a minor baseball team in Springfield, and to come up with a price to maximize revenues from sales of tickets Issues: Price should be competitive as lower price would lead to more people staying at Springfield over travelling to Boston

Background
Noreasters was the new class A baseball team to be introduced at Springfield, Massachusetts in 2009 Falcons, ice hockey team at Springfield was struggling to survive at Springfield Loyal fans travelled 90 miles to Boston to watch their favorite teams play Springfield college, offered use of its stadium in return for the entire fee from parking

Background
A survey was floated to get an idea of the potential market and to decide on the pricing Advertising via postcards Key factors analyzed- Price sensitivity and Attendance patterns 5000 postcards send, around 4% were undelivered and from the remaining 625 responses were recorded
