INTRODUCTION

Concept
SWOT Analysis, a tool for auditing an organization and its environment. It is the first stage of planning and helps marketers to focus on key issues.

SWOT Analysis, provides information that is helpful in matching the firm's resources and capabilities to the competitive environment in which it operates. As such, it is instrumental in strategy formulation and selection.

The technique is credited to Albert Humphrey, who led a research project at Stanford University in the 1960s and
1970s using data from Fortune 500 companies.

Objective
The objective of SWOT analysis is to find out the answer of few questions about the organization in following areas. Strengths: attributes of the organization that are helpful to achieving the objective.

Weaknesses: attributes of the organization that are harmful to achieving the objective.
Opportunities: external conditions that are helpful to achieving the objective. Threats: external conditions that are harmful to achieving the objective. From the above analysis we can find a better way to create a market and promote a strong brand image of GEELY in our Sedan car segmant.
